About the cottage
Jubilee Cottage is situated in the family seaside resort of Dawlish with a sandy beach and all amenities within easy reach, making this the perfect getaway. It is minutes from the high street. The closest shop and pub are only 100m away and the beach is just a 5 minute walk.
We are dog and child friendly and the cottage offers the perfect base for dog lovers or families to explore South Devon. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to four adults and there is a travel cot or foldaway bed available on request for a baby/child.
The cottage comprises:
Ground Floor:
Living room: With comfortable sofas, games cupboard and Freeview Smart TV.
Kitchen diner: With dining table, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and Freeview Smart TV.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, dressing table, fitted wardrobes and Freeview Smart TV.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request), dressing table, fitted wardrobes and Freeview Smart TV. Additional fold-away single bed and/or travel cot available on request.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.
Outside: Pretty, enclosed courtyard garden with table and chairs. There is also a retractable clothes line.
Parking: There is no allocated parking, however you can unload and load directly outside by pulling on to the pavement. There are free parking spaces on the street outside the property and in neighbouring streets, which are first come first served. There is also pay & display parking at Barton Hill Car Park (postcode EX7 9QF) or the Strand (postcode EX7 9PY) which are both just a couple of minutes walk away. Longer term pay and display can be found at the Train Station Car Park which is only 5-10 minutes walk away.
Facilities: Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, potty, step, toddler seat, highchair and stairgate available on request.
Please note: There are two steps to enter the property and two steps into the garden.
